Individual Therapy

At some point, most of us hit a wall. Something isn't working in our relationships, in our sense of self, in the way we're moving through the world, and we can't quite figure out why on our own. That's what individual therapy is for.

In our work together, you'll have a space to say the things you haven't been able to say anywhere else. We'll look at what's underneath the patterns that keep showing up, and work toward understanding yourself well enough that things actually start to shift. You'll be met with honesty, warmth, and zero judgment about where you've been, what you've done, or who you are.

I work with adults from all backgrounds and believe that who you are, your culture, your history, your identity, is not separate from the work. It's central to it.
